Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All courses, programs, trainings, downloadable materials, and digital resources offered by Sandz-Kn Enterprise are delivered digitally.

Due to the immediate access and intangible nature of digital content:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital course, program, or downloadable product once payment has been successfully processed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to request a refund.


2. Access & Technical Support

If you experience any difficulty accessing your purchased course or materials, please contact us at:

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified technical issues as quickly as possible.
Please note that technical support does not qualify as grounds for a refund.


3. Duplicate Payments

In the event of a verified duplicate transaction:

  • The duplicate payment will be reviewed.
  • If confirmed, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized:

Access to purchased content may be temporarily suspended during investigation.


5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access to all courses and materials.
  • Permanent restriction from future purchases.
  • Formal dispute submission to the payment processor.

6. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing from Sandz-Kn Enterprise, you confirm that:

  • You understand that the product is digital.
  • You understand that access is granted immediately after payment.
  • You agree that all sales are final.
